designing and building world-class check scanners that deliver
reliability, flexibility, performance and value. Having shipped
over 100,000 check image scanners worldwide, CTS North America
is the US entity of Italian-based CTS Group is uniquely
positioned to help organizations meet Aqubanc's requirements for
Cheque 21 Systems. Aqubanc selected CTS,
LS150 which is quietly capable of 150 documents per minute,
LS500 series for when two pockets are needed, and,
LS800 series is also the basis for the
NCR iTRAN 3000t
Imaging Transport. The LS150 and LS500 series are covered by

Digital Check Corporation manufacturers a family of fast, reliable and
affordable check image scanners that meet today's needs for the Check Conversion
Act for the 21st Century known as "Check 21", the Canadian Payments Association
recognized ?Cheque 21?, Accounts Receivable Check Conversion known as "ARC",
and, for capturing check images before taking foreign checks to your bank.
Aqubanc selected the Digital Check TellerScan for their high acceptance in
demanding check / cheque environments and this selection was subsequently
confirmed when Digital Check was selected as the Kodak i6000 series and the NCR
7728 series. Aqubanc's Cheque 21 Systems rely on the Digital Check
CX30, the
TS230, and, the TS4120. All are covered by Digital Check's own Advanced Unit
Replacement ("AUR") coverage in the US, and, by
Contact Innovations in greater Toronto, and by Kodak Canada.

New rules for
electronic check / cheque depositing have built the need to
properly destroy your checks / cheques and other valuable
documents. Rather than leave this process to chance, Aqubanc
first surveyed our hardware partners about who makes the most
reliable, trouble-free shredder: all recommended MBM. The
DestroyIT 2260 Cross-Cut is the first choice to shred checks
/ cheques while complying with Accounts Receivable Check
Conversion required and Check 21 / Cheque 21 recommended 14-day
destruction requirements. Peace of mind comes with cross-cutting
heads backed by a 10-year MBM warranty.
The
OPEX 51 Rapid Extraction Desk with or without an
OPEX AS3600
series image scanner can provide nonprofits and charitable
organizations with significant operating efficiency. One
operator can open and immediately Like-Type sort the contents of
each envelope: Like-Typing eliminates the need to sort by
campaign or appeal. When combined with an OPEX AS3600 series
scanner, even higher efficiencies may be possible even with the
higher operating costs. Aqubanc provides OPEX 51 and OPEX AS3600
series products that are fully refurbished to qualify for OPEX
maintenance. By delivering refurbished products, Aqubanc helps
nonprofits and charitable organizations to better steward your
precious resources without losing the benefits these devices
deliver downstream.
Established in 1987 by experienced business and
technical check processing professionals, SEAC BANCHE pioneered
fast, efficient and small-footprint check reading machines and

certify their products for the Cheque 21 System. The SEAC BANCHE
Orion offers unprecedented speed within a beautifully
compact and functional design. For organizations who regularly
received more than 5,000 daily transactions, the SEAC BANCHE SB
4000 and
RS 40 series are proven products. The
Orion is covered by Advanced Unit Replacement for 5-years
which is offered exclusively by Aqubanc to nonprofit
organizations, and, by
Contact Innovations in Canada; while the SB 4000 and
RS 40 series are serviced by on-site technicians.

The easiest method to improve throughput through the CTS LS150, Digital Check
TS230 and Seac Orion scanners is to jog a stack of checks / cheques and Reply
Devices. Jogging does two things: it removes static electricity that may be
holding checks and Reply Devices to each other, and, it aligns the leading edges
of the entire stack of work to be imaged - taken together this further reduces
the possibility of jams or double-feeds in the Auto Feeder. Aqubanc's research
revealed the
MJ-1000 by Shear Tech as one of the smallest, table-top, automatic jogger
with an outstanding record. Aqubanc requires at least one MJ-1000 for every
check scanner with an automatic feeder.
Building upon over 30 years experience on how to best insert mail
into envelopes, the Ultra Systems division of Inscerco was
formed in 1992 to reverse this process by taking mail out of the
envelope. Each envelope is opened by milling envelope edges
without damaging the contents. Folding each side out-of-the-way
in a patented process makes it easier for the Gift Receipting or
Gift Processing operator to extract and sort the donation
contents. Aqubanc partners with Ultra Systems corporate and with
their dealer channel for all the
Milly,
Single-Cut,
Tri-Cut and
Tri-Fold products.
