Bill Finley has been involved in
every aspect of donor development for over 30 years.
Bill influence on media, print, radio and television
has been felt by many throughout the United States
and Canada. After a successful commercial career,
Bill was called to service at WHCT-TV in Hartford,
Connecticut, one of the first Christian TV stations
where he began his second career which spanned
another 20 years. Bill has touched all aspects of
donor development, Fundraising and stewardship in
his work with Christian Broadcasting Network
("CBN"), In Touch Ministries, Robert Schueller's
Hour of Power, as well as smaller missionary sending
ministries and Rescue Missions. He developed and
established a service bureau to support ministries,
and, just recently retired from SofTrek, developer
of
PledgeMaker Fundraising software.
Union
Rescue Mission in Los Angeles and
Orlando Union Rescue Mission are two Aqubanc
clients who are able to better steward their
resources through their work with Bill Finley.
Having continued access to Bill's extensive
knowledge and hands-on experience with donor
development, Fundraising and stewardship for
Christian ministries, Rescue Missions, and

Arthur Gingrande is a pioneer in
image-based intelligent character recognition, forms
processing and automation. Art is editor and
publisher of Contemplor, a newsletter dedicated to
document management and forms automation technology.
He is a founding partner of IMERGE Consulting, and,
president of the
TAWPI New England Chapter. Aqubanc has
collaborated with Art many times over the past
